John Galliano is one of the people who made me inspired to choose my path in fashion and I was really sad when he got sacked from Dior but now that he is working as Creative Director for Maison Margiela, I was really happy to hear that. Today, I went to see McQueen exhibition at the V&A for the second time and I feel so inspired by looking at his amazing creations. It is a shame that they didn't allow me to take photos as I would really love to share them but here is my outfit of the day which I wore today. I realise that I don't really wear white a lot so, this is a new look for me. I hope you guys will like this new. Enjoy !
Before heading to show my side of support for all the victims of Nepal Earthquake 2015 in Trafalgar Square last tuesday night. I went to one of my favourite Japanese restaurant in Soho called Taro.
Yesterday on 28th April 2015, all the British Nepalese as well as people from other nationalities came together to pray for all the lost souls who have become the victim of Nepal Earthquake 2015 at a Candle Light Vigil for Nepal Earthquake 2015 at Trafalgar Square. I went with my boyfriend Peak to pray along side 1000s of other people which was organised by London Universities'Nepal Societies.
I was pleasantly surprised by the huge turn out of Nepalese people who are living in different parts of the UK, came together to reunite for this special cause. The event started at 8pm on point with Monika Shrestha gave some important information about the devastating monster quake which has killed over 4000 people so far and left many people injured. All the young volunteers lighted the candles in the middle and everyone started chanting "Hamro Nepal, Hamro Desh - Pranvanda pyaro cha!" - English Translation:"Our Nepal, Our Country is more precious than our soul!" The event came to an end with everyone standing for a minute of silence for all the people in Nepal.
I took a short video from yesterday to show the amount of love and support of Nepalese people have towards our country Nepal.
For the event, I wore a black and white vintage jacket that I bought from a charity shop in 2011 with a matching shorts paired with running legging; just a plain white shirt and black tripe sole creepers finished my look.

Today, I was walking around St Paul church and I love the feeling around it even though I am not really a religious person. The scene of traditional English architectures around the bank river was just beautiful. Here I want to show you my look which is inspired by blue sky using painting to make my old blazer into a new blazer. I used acrylic paint and just painted the sleeves, collar and front pockets.
Few days ago, I went to celebrate the Thai New Year's Festival as known as Songkran (Water) Festival with my boyfriend in Thai Buddhist Temple at Wimbledon. It was my first time celebrating a religious festival after quite a long time as I myself not really a religious person.
I had an early start for the day as when I arrived to the temple around 9am in the morning, there were already people preparing their stalls and also the temple worship had began. After giving food to 7 monks, outside the temple there was a traditional thai musical playing in the stage and there were plenty of food stalls.
After 1pm me and my boyfriend took a place right in the front near the stage and I got to see many different types of thai dance and there were also two beauty pageants. The first one was Little Miss Songkran 2015 were about 20 different girls performed in traditional thai dance featuring different types of era looking really adorable in their thai costumes. At the near end of the pageant for little girls, they had their fans showing their support towards their favourite by giving them colourful necklace. My boyfriend told me that it was a thai tradition to give courage and love towards their friend or children. The little girl who won the contest was very cute doing her thai dance steps continuously before she got crowned as the Little Miss Songkran 2015.
After the pageant was finished for the little girls, it was time for the big girls to compete. There were 12 girls wearing costumes representing different eras of thai history. Even though some girls weren't really fluent in Thai, it was fun watching girls living aboard showcasing their talent. In the end no 12 won the contest with no 4 & no 11 ended up as the runner ups. One thing that made me smile was that Miss Popular winner wore a red costume and her ornaments reminded me a lot of the nepalese living goddess - Kumari. The show came to an end with a very fun drag performance and everyone were dancing in the upbeat North-east Thai Country music.
